In addition to learning effective weight loss methods, participants will enjoy watching Jennifer prepare lots of delicious, healthy dishes and will get to sample each one!

This free, 4-classes seminar is being sponsored by and held at the Urbandale Church at 20440 N. Bedford Rd. (M-37) in Battle Creek. Classes begin Monday, July 14 through Thursday, July 17 at 7:00 pm.
