Each season Pierce Cedar Creek Institute features a local artist or photographer. This season, March 9 through the end of May, the Institute will be featuring members of the South West Michigan Watercolor Society (SWMWS).
The SWMWS was organized to encourage a better understanding and appreciation of watercolor painting through informative program meetings, yearly watercolor workshops, and membership exhibitions. SWMWS members represent a highly diverse group of artist with different levels of expertise who come from many southwest Michigan communities.
A public reception will be held on Sunday, April 13, from 11 am to 3 pm. If you would like to attend brunch on that day, please call the Institute to make reservations (see page six for details). The exhibit is available for viewing Monday - Friday from 9am to 5 pm.
