Savion Glover's BARE SOUNDZ

Savion Glover's BARE SOUNDZ is an exuberant celebration of tap dance to sound, and sound to dance. Using tap as song, Glover merges acoustical vibrations including beats from Jazz, Caribbean and other contemporary musical genres. This concert style production exposes tap dance as the acoustical instrument. BARE SOUNDZ display the infinite versatility and virtuoso of Glover's genius as a tap master. Plus, fans will recognize Glover's dancing as he provided the moves for Mumbles, the penguin in the film Happy Feet.
