The Praire Air Show comes back to Peoria for it's 25th annual demonstration of aerial acrobatics, military technology, and performers from around the world as an assortment of airplanes take to the skies above the Great Plains of the United States of America.
Among some of the exciting performances to behold at this years Praire Airshow include the awe inspiring USAF Thunderbirds flying their sleek and elegant F-16 Fighting Falcon's, maneuvering at speeds exceeding the speed of sound. Other demonstrations include aerial acrobat extraordinaire John Mohr (1943 Stearman bi-plane), Mike Wiskus, Clyde Zellers (SNJ-5), C.C. Gerner (Extra 300L), Matt Younkin (Twin Beech 18), Kyle Franklin (Waco Mystery Ship), and many more. Military demonstrations by the USASOC Black Daggers as well as flight demonstrations of the AV-8B Harrier, F/A-18C, and the ALW C-130 Hercules will accompany the civilian demonstrations in a truly memorable experience in the skies above our great nation.
